Refund Policy

At Lesiba Social Solutions (Pty) Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality counselling, consultancy sessions, and workshops. Due to the personalized and time-sensitive nature of our professional services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. General Principle

All fees for sessions, workshops, and related services are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Cancellations by Client

- More than 48 hours before the scheduled session/workshop: Full refund (less any non-recoverable transaction fees, if applicable).

- Between 24–48 hours before the session/workshop: 50% refund.

- Less than 24 hours before the session/workshop or no-show: No refund.

3. Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session/workshop (e.g., due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances):

- You will be offered a full refund, or

- An alternative date/time at no extra cost (your choice).

4. Dissatisfaction / Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of the session/workshop. We will discuss your concerns in good faith and may, at our sole discretion, offer:

- A partial refund;

- A credit toward future services; or

- Another appropriate resolution.

Refunds for dissatisfaction are not guaranteed and depend on the circumstances.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. No Refunds for Completed Services

Once a session or workshop has been attended/completed, no refunds will be issued (except in exceptional cases at our discretion).

7. Consumer Protection Act

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (e.g., where services are defective or not as described). In such cases, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as provided by law.
